Where Can I Redeem My eGift Card?

LYP eGift Cards can currently be redeemed online only at lypshoes.com.

At checkout, enter your eGift Card information as a payment method and apply the available balance to your purchase.

Do eGift Cards Expire?

No. LYP eGift Cards do not expire.

​

Can I Use an eGift Card With Another Payment Method?

Yes. If your purchase total is higher than your eGift Card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another available payment method.

Can I Combine Multiple eGift Cards?

No. Multiple eGift Cards cannot be combined into a single eGift Card.

Can I Purchase an eGift Card With Another eGift Card?

No. eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase another eGift Card.

What If I Lose My eGift Card?

Please treat your eGift Card like cash.

LYP is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of an eGift Card, including use through your LYP account. We are unable to replace or refund an eGift Card in these circumstances.

 

Please keep your eGift Card information secure and do not share it with anyone you do not trust.

Can I Return or Refund an eGift Card?

eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
