Store Pickup Appointment Policy

To ensure smooth operations and respectful scheduling for both our customers and team, all store pickups are handled by appointment only.
Appointment Confirmation

Pickup appointments must be confirmed in advance by email or booking confirmation.

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window.

If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Grace Period

Appointments will be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

After this period, the appointment may be released and marked as a no-show.
No-Show Policy
A missed pickup appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $20 CAD pickup service fee. This fee helps cover staff scheduling and operational costs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance to avoid the fee.
Pickup Holding Period

Orders scheduled for store pickup must be collected within 30 days of notification that the order is ready.

If a pickup appointment cannot be successfully completed within this period, we reserve the right to ship the order to the customer’s provided address.

Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged prior to shipment.
Rescheduling

We are always happy to accommodate changes when advance notice is provided.

Rebooking is subject to availability.
