Store Pickup Appointment Policy

To ensure smooth operations and respectful scheduling for both our customers and team, all store pickups are handled by appointment only.

Appointment Confirmation

  • Pickup appointments must be confirmed in advance by email or booking confirmation.

  • Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window.

  • If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

 
Grace Period

  • Appointments will be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

  • After this period, the appointment may be released and marked as a no-show.

 
No-Show Policy

A missed pickup appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $20 CAD pickup service fee. This fee helps cover staff scheduling and operational costs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance to avoid the fee.
 
Pickup Holding Period

  • Orders scheduled for store pickup must be collected within 30 days of notification that the order is ready.

  • If a pickup appointment cannot be successfully completed within this period, we reserve the right to ship the order to the customer’s provided address.

  • Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged prior to shipment.


Rescheduling

  • We are always happy to accommodate changes when advance notice is provided.

  • Rebooking is subject to availability.
