Our dance heels are crafted for performance and style, but dancing in high heels carries inherent risks — including, but not limited to, sprains, strains, falls, and other injuries.

By purchasing and wearing our products, you acknowledge and accept these risks, and agree that LYP FOR ARTIST is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage arising from their use.

Improper or unsafe training may cause injury and damage to the shoes, such as broken heels, ripped mesh, or structural failure. Such damage is NOT considered a manufacturing defect and is NOT covered under warranty. 

All shoes are consumable items, and their lifespan will vary depending on training intensity and frequency of use.
 

For your safety and to protect your shoes:

• Ensure proper fit before use.

• Use only for their intended purpose (heels style dance/performance).

• Avoid overly intensive choreography that may strain the shoes.

• Warm up, condition, and train progressively.

• Dance under professional supervision whenever possible.

These shoes are sold without any warranty against injury. Customers assume full responsibility for their own safety, training, and product care.
