STORE APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

To offer every dancer a personalized and thoughtful experience, visits to the LYP Vancouver Showroom & Store are by appointment only. Each appointment includes up to 60 minutes of one-on-one service for fitting, customization, styling, and shopping.
A $10 booking hold is required to reserve your appointment. This amount will be fully refunded after your visit, even if you do not make a purchase.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time, including no-shows, will result in the booking hold being forfeited.
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We do not accept same-day or last-minute bookings.
LYP reserves the right to cancel appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.
In-store promotional and custom-made items are final sale.
Booking holds help us prepare for your visit and ensure availability for all dancers.
