Canada-Wide Shipping

For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, , depending on the destination province.
For pre-order items, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.


Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada): Approximately 3 to 10 business days for in-stock products. 

  • Pre-Order Products: Expected to ship within 15-25 business days (3-6 weeks). If you are not in a hurry, we encourage you to pre-order, which can save you some money. (please check our PRE-ORDER DEAL page for discount code)

  • International Shipping: LYP offers worldwide shipping! We are committed to delivering our products to you, no matter where you are. Delivery times may vary by destination and can take longer due to customs processing.

  • In-Stock Products: Ships from different warehouses depending on the size and color you order; therefore, shipping times may vary.
     

Please note that we do not ship on holidays or weekends.

Tracking
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update due to the shipping carrier’s system.

Quality Assurance
Before shipping, we carefully inspect each product and record the packing and quality check process on video. This ensures that the item you receive is exactly as described—brand new and free from damage—providing transparency and peace of mind.

  • We primarily ship using Canada Post, we may at our sole discretion use another shipper or delivery method.

  • You'll be able to track your order! Once we ship your order, you'll get a confirmation email + tracking number.

  • We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, stolen, or sent to the wrong address caused by Canada Post or other shipping companies.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Canada Post or other shipping companies.

RETURN POLICY

Refundable Items
LYP offers refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Sale items (purchased with discounts (except pre-order discount), clearance, or blind box) cannot be returned and are all final sale.

Non-refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Gift Cards,
- Sale or Clearance Items,
​- Custom or Made-To-Order Products,
- Pop Up Store or Grand Opening Event Items.

General Information
Returns are not free. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We only accept returns for brand new products. This means that shoes must be in brand new condition, with no wear, marks, or damage to the sole, and in a resellable condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns:
1. Items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition and quantity as received to qualify for a full refund. Items showing visible signs of wear or damage (e.g., scuffs, tears, or stains) are not eligible for return and refund.
2. Returns will not be accepted if tags or protective covers are removed.
3. All items must be in their original packaging. Shoes can be tried on but must be returned in the original box, without damage to the outsole or leather surface.
4. Free gifts received with your order must also be returned in order to process a refund. If the free gift is not returned, we will charge 50% of the total purchase price.
5. Final Sale Items: All sale and clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
How to Return

  1. Keep your order number handy.

  2. Email us at lypforartist@gmail.com to request the return warehouse address.

  3. Before shipping your return, please send us at least five clear photos of the shoes (soles, insoles, and overall condition) so we can confirm they are still in brand-new condition.

  4. Once we approve that the shoes are brand new, we will provide the return address. You may then package your items in the original packaging and drop them off at your chosen courier service.

  5. After we receive your items, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Important:
Please retain proof of postage as a record of your return. All products are subject to inspection.

EXCHANGE POLICY


Currently, we do not offer product exchanges fo. If you need a different item (size or color), please return your product within 30 days for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement item. 

Please be noted that sale items (purchased with discounts, clearance, or blind box) cannot be exchanged and are all final sale.

PROMOTIONS

Online offers, such as promo codes, apply only to online purchases, excluding gift cards and clearance items. Promo codes are non-transferable, non-retroactive, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Free shipping may not apply to discounted items; please refer to individual discount terms.
