Where can I redeem my Gift Card?

You can redeem your Gift Card only online.

Online: Add your eGift Card as a payment option when checking out to apply to your purchase.

Do Gift Cards expire?

No. LYP eGift Cards have no expiry date.

I lost my Gift Card, what should I do?

We can’t replace them if they’re lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission (even on your LYP account). eGift Cards should be treated like cash.

If I don’t have enough money on the Gift Card to cover my online purchase, can I combine it with other payment methods?

Yes. You can combine eGift Cards with credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc.

Can I combine multiple Gift Cards into one gift card?

No.

Can I purchase a Gift Card with my Gift Card?

No.
