LYP shoes run half a size small due to the unique shape of our shoe lasts (the molds used to shape each pair). For the best fit, we recommend ordering half a size up from your usual size.

Our EU size chart reflects LYP label sizes, already adjusted for a more comfortable fit.

Refundable Items

We accept returns for a full refund on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition and quantity as received
• In their original packaging
• Tags and protective covers must remain intact

Items showing visible signs of wear or damage (e.g., scuffs, tears, or stains) are NOT eligible for return or refund. Returns will not be accepted if tags or protective covers are removed. Free gifts received with your order must also be returned in order to process a refund.

Non-Refundable Items & Final Sale

The following CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased with any discount, on sale, clearance, or part of blind box offers
• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Items purchased with discounts at pop-up stores or events

Exchanges

Currently, we DO NOT offer product exchanges. If you need a different item (size or color), please return your original product within 30 days for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

A Little Love Goes a Long Way

Dance shoes are made for performance and, like all footwear, will naturally wear over time. To keep your LYP shoes in excellent condition, gently clean them with a soft cloth, store them in a cool, dry place, and avoid long exposure to sunlight or moisture. Keep in mind, dance shoes are consumable with a limited lifespan, but with proper care, they’ll remain stunning and ready for every step of your journey.
